MCS has a full vocal music program involving grades Pre K – 12. Throughout the year we hold 2 formal concerts, one during the winter holidays in December and one in the Spring. There are several opportunities for choral students to perform throughout the year such as graduation and the local Christmas Bazaar.

The National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide organization for high school students in the United States and outlying territories, which consists of many chapters in high schools. Selection is based on four criteria: scholarship (academic achievement), leadership, service, and character.

Students in grades 7-12 are encouraged to participate in our student government program.

YMCA Youth and Government (Y&G), also known as YMCA Youth In Government or YMCA Model Legislature and Court (MLC), is a YMCA program in the United States that allows high school students to serve in model governments at the local, state, national, and international levels.
