The Keirsey Temperament Sorter:

The Keirsey Temperament Sorter, Second Edition, is a short personality type indicator that provides a code with a short explanation.  It can help you understand how you react and interact with others, as well as suggest some broad occupational areas for your consideration.  The basic indicator test is free, however, you can receive a more detailed report for a cost.
