Mrs. Kathleen Arnold
Hello, my name is Heather Lynn. I have been a substitute teacher at MCS for the last 12 years or so, and I'm so excited to return in September as a Teacher Assistant.
I have a great appreciation for the hard work, planning, and caring that our staff at Minerva put in for our students. I can't imagine a better team to be a part of!
I am a Professional Powerlifter, a part of Team FHF out of Fair Haven, Vt. I have a world record squat, four NH/VT State records under my belt, and going for 3 more Pro world records in September. My lifting career has taught me so many things, but the most important is that you can do anything in life with the support of those around you. We rarely accomplish anything completely independently, and it's important to accept help and support wherever you can. Nothing worthwhile comes without hard work, and sometimes we need others to push us to be the best versions of ourselves. I think this translates immensely in my interactions with our students over the last few years.
I also very much enjoy cooking and painting. In the winter months, you can find me crocheting during my limited downtime. I love sharks and dinosaurs, my chocolate lab Gunner, and of course, Mr. Lynn.
I've always had a passion for helping others and helping our students grow into the best adults they can be an absolute honor. I'm so looking forward to getting back to school in the fall. Until then, I hope everyone has a wonderful summer!!
